The Story Behind The Sea House

Hi, I'm John, owner of The Sea House. I was born here on the Costa Blanca, and as a photographer and filmmaker, my work has always followed the things I love most: the ocean, the outdoors, and being fully present in a beautiful place.

The Sea House comes from that same spirit. Three apartments in one beachfront building in the Port of Jávea, each designed to feel calm, natural, and connected to the sea. Spaces made not just to stay in, but to slow down in.

We are not a hotel. We are a small team who love this town and want you to experience it the way we do: unhurried, full of beauty, and right beside the water. Whether you are here for a few days or a few months, welcome
